We are pleased to announce the upcoming Alumni Lecture 2024, featuring Hiroshi SAWAI, an Attorney at Law in Japan and a JICA Legal Long-Term Expert in Laos.
In this lecture, Mr. Sawai will share his experiences working as a long-term expert with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Laos. He will also discuss how his time studying at Keio University’s LL.M. program shaped his approach to legal work in an international development context.
